ABOUT
Katie Palay, Principal
Katie Palay is an entrepreneurial marketing and communications professional with over 15 years experience in strategy, campaigns, content, events, revenue/growth marketing and team leadership. Her diverse career spans B2B & B2C, digital & traditional integrated marketing and public relations.
Prior to opening her own consulting firm, Katie was with the global marketing giant Burson-Marsteller, where she led the Nestle Purina account and oversaw integrated and credit card marketing for Bank of America. Her writing has been published by the New York Times and she has given numerous keynotes (including a TedX Talk).

Earlier in her career, Katie was Director of Online Communications for Ralph Lauren, playing an integral role in many companywide initiatives (U.S. Open, 2012 Olympics sponsorships and New York Fashion Weeks). Prior to Ralph Lauren she ran the wine and spirits division for the luxury PR firm Nike Communications.

Outside of work, Katie is an ambassador for the Lymphoma Research Foundation, has sat on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and was a founding board member of a targeted lymphoma treatment research consortium. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
